Have you ever seen the devil dance in the pale moonlight?
He dances so sweetly,
Changing into an angel.
When he stretches out his hand,
And asks for this dance,
Tell me what will you say?
Can you hear him call your name?
Soft voice caressing the syllables,
Cajoling you into his arms,
Dance with the devil tonight sweetheart,
In the morning you'll be left humming an nameless tune,
With the steps burned into your feet
And the voice of Lucifer in your ear,
Can you hear the Devil call your name?
